Book a Free Consultation
Let's start with something small and honest. The first step here is a free, fifteen-minute consultation — a phone or video call where you tell me what's going on in your own words, and I tell you honestly whether I think I can help and how. There's no cost, no obligation, and nothing to prepare. If it turns out I'm not the right starting point for you, you'll still leave the call with a clearer sense of what is. That's a real possible outcome, not a sales tactic. The whole point of this conversation is to find out whether the work is a fit before either of us commits to anything.
Schedule your call
Choose a time that works for you. The call is about fifteen minutes, and you'll get a confirmation with the link or details once you book.

The practical details
A clear picture of what you'd actually be booking into — visible here, upfront, before you contact anyone.
- Duration
- ~60 minutes per session
- Format
- In person or online over Zoom
- Location
- Tustin, California
- Typical arc
- 3–6 sessions for most people
The consultation itself is the shorter, free fifteen-minute call. The figures above describe the sessions that follow, if you decide to continue.
Pricing
I believe you should be able to see what something costs before you have to ask. Pricing is shown here, upfront, rather than hidden behind a form.
Pricing will be shown here, upfront — per spec, visible without a phone call. The consultation is always free.
Anything you'd like me to know
There's an optional notes field on this page if there's something you'd like me to know before we talk — a little context, a question, or simply what brought you here today. It's entirely optional. Leaving it blank is perfectly fine; some people would rather say it out loud on the call, and that's good too.
A note on that notes field. Like the contact form, this is one of only three places on the whole site that accepts free-text writing. When you submit, anything you write runs through a quiet, static crisis-keyword scan (per spec §10). If it picks up language suggesting you may be in crisis or unsafe, the booking pauses before going through and shows you immediate resources — 988, the Crisis Text Line at 741741, and 911 — with a single honest line: Anand is a healing practitioner, not a crisis service. Please reach out to one of the above first. You can then go straight to those resources, or confirm you're safe and continue with your booking. It's plain keyword matching, never an algorithm interpreting you — it's there only so that no one who needs a crisis line instead of a calendar slip past unseen.
Write to Anand
Prefer to write first instead of booking a call? Send a note and Anand will read it himself.

Final reassurance
There's no right moment for this, and no wrong way to begin. Booking the call doesn't commit you to anything beyond a fifteen-minute conversation — and if the answer turns out to be "not yet," or "somewhere else first," that's an honest answer you're welcome to hear from me. Whenever you're ready, the door is open.
